Monthly billing may be suspended for up to three (3) months with the submission of a letter from a medical doctor (chiropractic doctors do not apply) stating the medical problem and expected duration of inactivity.
After three months, another doctor's note must be submitted to extend the freeze. This must be submitted before the expected period of inactivity, or in case of a medical emergency, within two (2) weeks after the start of the inactivity. We will not retroactively freeze any membership.
Monthly billing may be suspended for the school term if you are a full-time student and have requested a freeze in writing before the term begins. A school enrollment certification must be submitted when you request the freeze. We will not retroactively freeze a student membership.
Submit a letter prior to the beginning of the requested freeze. The membership can be frozen for three (3) months.
